Issues reported:

  • Affiliate program discontinued without prior notice to partners
  • No communication about pending commission payouts
  • Commissions remained unpaid despite invoice submission

👉 Risk level: High (lack of transparency & payment issues)

2. SabersPro

Website: https://saberspro.com/

Issues reported:

  • Affiliate account blocked without prior notice
  • No commission payout after account suspension
  • No clear affiliate terms & conditions 
  • Support team did not provide public link affiliate term & conditions when asked and stopped responding during communication.

👉 Risk level: High (unpaid commissions + unclear policies)

3. Cloudy

Website: https://trycloudy.com/

Issues reported:

  • Affiliate account blocked without prior notice
  • No commission payment after suspension
  • No response from support team

👉 Risk level: High (no communication + unpaid commissions)

4. JAWLINER

Website: https://jawliner.com/

Issues reported:

  • Generated sales but commissions were not paid
  • No proactive communication from the company - issue only surfaced after follow-up
  • Lack of transparency in affiliate terms & conditions
  • Support team avoid providing clear explanations and stopped responding after inquiries

👉 Risk level: High (cheating + unpaid commissions + poor support )

Common Red Flags in Affiliate Programs

If you’re an affiliate marketer, watch out for these warning signs:

  • ❌ No clear terms & conditions
  • ❌ Delayed or missing commission payments
  • ❌ Affiliate account suspension without explanation
  • ❌ Poor or non-responsive support team
  • ❌ No transparent payment schedule or payout method

👉 If you notice 2–3 of these signs, it’s best to stop promoting immediately.

How to Avoid Affiliate Scams

Here are some practical tips to protect yourself:

Test with a few sales before scaling your traffic or ad spend.

✅ 2. Check Reviews

Search keywords like:

  • “[brand] affiliate review”
  • “[brand] affiliate payment proof”

✅ 3. Ask About Payment Terms

Make sure you understand:

  • Payment schedule (Net 30, Net 60, etc.)
  • Minimum payout threshold
  • Payment method (PayPal, bank transfer)

✅ 4. Track Everything

Keep records of:

  • Orders generated
  • Commission reports
  • Emails and communication
